Ms Su Min • Executive Chairman

Appointed on 1 July 2003, Su Min is one of the founders of our Group. She is responsible for charting the strategic direction of our Group. Su Min was instrumental in leading the Group's technological development in the biotechnology industry. Since the establishment of Shanghai Guangzhao in April 1999, she has been its Executive Chairman and Chief Technology Officer and, together with Song Xuemeng, was instrumental in developing the commercial production of our Guangzhao Fast Growing Poplar. Prior to 1999, together with Song Xuemeng, she co-founded Shanghai Shihua Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (上海世华科技投 资有限公司), an investment management company that also provides investment advisory services and was its Chairman from 1996 to 2001. From 1998 to 2001, Su Min was also the Chairman of Shanghai Shihua Plant Gene Engineering Co., Ltd (上海世 华植物基因工程有限公司) ,a company involved in the development and provision of plant gene engineering technology. Between 1994 to 1996, Su Min was the Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai branch of Heilongjiang Land Resource Development Co. (黑龙江国土资源开发公司上 海分公司) where she served as deputy general manager involved in business development.

Ms Su graduated from Zhongshan University (中山大学)in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature (中文系文学专业). In 1992, Su Min obtained a doctorate in Oriental Medicine from the International Martial Arts Medical University, California through parttime studies from 1990 to 1992. In July 2003, Su Min completed a postgraduate program in Ethics (Orientation of Economic Ethics and Strategic Decision-making) at Fudan University (复旦大学).

Mr Song Xue Meng  • Chief Executive Officer

Appointed on 1 July 2003, and together with Su Min, is one of the founders of the Group. He oversees the operations, finance and business development of the Group. Song Xuemeng has more than ten years of experience in business management and finance as a result of his experience gained from the management of several companies. Since the establishment of Shanghai Guangzhao in April 1999, he has been its Chief Executive Officer and, together with Su Min, was instrumental in developing the commercial production of our Guangzhao Fast Growing Poplar. Prior to 1999, Song Xuemeng co-founded Shanghai Shihua Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (上海世 华科技投资有限公司),and was its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 2001. From 1998 to 2001, he was also the Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Shihua Plant Gene Engineering Co., Ltd (上海世华植物基因工程有限公 司). Between 1994 to 1996, Song Xuemeng was the General Manager of the Shanghai branch of Heilongjiang Land Resource Development Co. (黑龙江国土资源开发公 司上海分公司)where he was responsible for the management of various business projects of the company in Shanghai.

Mr Song graduated from Beijing University (北京大学) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mdm Sun Shu Shen • Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Mdm Sun Shu Shen was appointed as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive for the Group on 29 December 2008. She oversees the Group's China operations and is in charge of assisting the Group to obtain government funding and subsidies.

Mdm Sun joined the Group as the Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary, Shanghai Guangzhao Plant Fast Growing Technology Co., Ltd., in June 2008. Prior to 2008, she was the Mayor Assistant of Tai'an City, Shandong Province, and was in charge of the operations of the city's regulatory bodies for Finance, Security and Capital Markets. Concurrently, Mdm Sun was also appointed as Director of Tai'an City's Department of Planning and Development. In addition to her in-depth understanding of the PRC regulatory policies, Mdm Sun also has vast commercial experience. During her tenure with the Tai'an City government, she was appointed as Deputy Chairman of City Commercial Bank, Vice Chairman of Pacific Securities Company as well as Party Committee Secretary of Tai'an Lurun Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Shandong Taishan Petroleum Co.,Ltd. Between 1990 and 1996, Mdm Sun was the District Party Committee Secretary of Taishan District, Tai'an City. From 1974 to 1990, Mdm Sun served as Party Committee Secretary of Tai'an City's Bureau of Textile Industry and Tai'an Woolen textile Factory.

Mdm Sun holds a bachelor degree from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Mr Oh Yong Hui • Executive Director

Mr Oh Yong Hui, who has worked for LabOne Singapore Pte Ltd, Expressway Logistics Pte Ltd and JL Supply Chain International Pte Ltd as Chief Financial Officer, was appointed Executive Director. Prior to these appointments, Mr Oh was Sales Team Manager from 2002 to 2008 at direct selling company WBG Network (Singapore) Pte Ltd and he was one of the key personnel who spearheaded WBG's expansion into Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Mr Oh graduated with a Bachelor degree in accounting from Nanyang Technological University in 1998.

Mr Tang Chi Loong • Independent Director

Mr Tang Chi Loong, is a practising lawyer with over 13 years of experience. He is currently a partner at law firm Hin Tat Augustine and Partners and has been an Independent Director of Singapore-listed HLN Tech Ltd since 2006. Mr Tang graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws in 1994.

Mr Foo Teck Leong • Independent Director

Mr Foo Teck Leong currently manages a business consultancy firm and is a director of several privately held companies. He held senior positions in Hong Kong-listed IDS Group Limited and Singapore's Inchcape Marketing Services Limited from 1994 to 1999 and received his Bachelor degree in Accounting in 1989 from the National University of Singapore. He went on to complete a Master in Business Administration from Manchester Business School in 2002.

Mr Tan Chin Lee • Independent Director

Mr Tan Chin Lee is currently the Senior Accounts Director at Professional Public Relations Pte Ltd. He has extensive experience in public relations consultancy and journalism through his tenure with various media firms including Mediacorp News, Forbes Zibenjia (资本家), Lianhe Zaobao, Miri News, WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd and i.MAGE Public Relations Pte Ltd. Mr Tan graduated from the National Chengchi University of Taiwan in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Western Languages and Literature.
